Twin Brooks Golf Course is the best designed par 3 course on Cape Cod. With a 2,621 yard layout, there awaits five ponds that affect 8 tee shots, three-dozen strategically placed sand traps made with the finest cape sand, beautiful tree-lined fairways, and professionally cut elevated greens. The course takes about 2-3 hours and is perfect for all ages and skill levels. We are located in the Resort and Conference Center at Hyannis which gives all of our players access to the restaurants, bars, and other facilities located in the resort. Come play and see if you truly are up to the challenge!
The Course:
- 18 hole par 3 course
- First tee time is 7:00 and last time is 6:30
- The pro shop is open 7 days a week from 7am-9pm in the summer and 8-5 in the winter.
- Longest hole is 215 yards, shortest hole is 90 yards
- Course rating of 57.6 slope of 83
- Four water holes, affecting eight tee shots

- Tee times are highly recommended and can be booked over the phone (508-862-6980)
- 18 Gas carts available- Highly recommend reserving a cart with the tee time.
- Beverage cart is on the course in the summer through September
Pro Shop: To reach the pro shop walk through the hotel lobby.
Aside from golf equipment, the pro shop also offers souvenirs, snacks, drinks, clothes, and much much more! Also available is a full business center by Penfields which has high speed internet access, laser printing, fax machine, copy machine, and office supplies. You can also ship UPS or FedEx packages from the pro shop as well as request a rental car from enterprise.
